Many people with learning difficulties often have health issues which may require medical attention. This may involve a visit to the doctors, Outpatients or even a stay in hospital. Visiting someone else in hospital could be a non-threatening way of familiarising people with the hospital environment and the people they are likely to see there.
 
Whilst Signalong already produce a number of specific health related manuals, Health Vocabulary is aimed at medical staff and professionals so that they may communicate more effectively with patients with learning difficulties.
