The first section of the SOUNDS Manual looks at general terms around making sounds, listening and volume. The rest of the manual is divided into different categories of sound.
This begins with section two, which focuses on people and sounds that people make.
Section three deals with manmade and natural sounds – the manmade sounds involve transport sounds while the natural sounds focus on weather and environmental sounds.
Section four involves objects and sounds that you may hear around the home while the last section provides vocabulary for a range of animals and animal sounds.
